Who we are

CxRoles (cxroles.com) is a talent network for the testing and commissioning industry. We operate from the Philippines. Candidates create profiles and upload CVs. We review that information and match suitable candidates with industry employers.

What data we collect

When you create an account and profile on CxRoles, we collect:

• Your name, email address, phone number, nationality and location
• Professional information such as your job title, employer, disciplines, sectors, certifications and years of experience
• Your work preferences including availability, employment type, preferred regions and salary expectations
• Your CV document (PDF or Word format)
• Your account credentials (email and encrypted password)

How we use your data

We use your data to:

• Create and maintain your candidate profile on the platform
• Review your profile and match you with relevant commissioning roles
• Share your profile and CV with an employer when we identify a relevant role
• Communicate with you about opportunities and platform updates
• Improve the platform and our matching process

We will never sell your data to third parties. Your profile is only shared with employers in the context of a specific role match.

How we store your data

We encrypt your data when it is stored and when it is sent. Your CV sits in private file storage that only you and authorised CxRoles staff can access. Access controls limit each candidate to their own data.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data at any time through your profile dashboard
• Update or correct your data through the edit profile function
• Delete your account and all associated data at any time through the account section of your profile
• Request a copy of all data we hold about you by contacting us
• Withdraw your consent to data processing at any time

The Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) gives you the right to know how we collect, process and store your data. You may object to processing or lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.

Cookies

CxRoles uses essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

Data retention

We keep your profile data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we permanently remove your personal data and uploaded files. We may review accounts with no login for 24 months.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will email you about significant changes using the address on your account.
