Acceptance of terms

By creating an account on CxRoles, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

The service

CxRoles is a talent network for the testing and commissioning industry. Commissioning professionals can create profiles and upload CVs. We review each profile and connect suitable candidates with employers. We are not a recruitment agency. We do not guarantee employment or placement.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure. Your profile information must be accurate. You may not create multiple accounts or impersonate another person.

Your content

When you upload your CV and profile information, you give CxRoles permission to store, process and share it with potential employers for role matching. You keep ownership of your content and may delete it at any time.

Our role

CxRoles connects candidates with employers. We review profiles and make introductions based on our industry knowledge. We do not:

  • Guarantee that your profile will be shared with any employer
  • Guarantee employment or any specific outcome
  • Act as your agent or representative in negotiations
  • Take responsibility for the actions or decisions of employers

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information in your profile
  • Use the platform for any purpose other than seeking commissioning industry employment
  • Attempt to access other users' data or admin areas
  • Interfere with the platform's operation or security

Limitation of liability

CxRoles is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for damage caused by your use of the platform. This includes lost employment opportunities, data loss and service interruptions.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
